In Texas, it’s very simple: When you go vote, tell the election worker before you sign in that you want to vote in the Democratic primary, and you will be directed to the electronic voting booths with the Democratic primary ballot. You can do this even if you voted in the Republican primary in past year elections. You cannot vote in both party primaries in the same year.

Each and every candidate/campaign has the right to display signs at legal locations. Presumably, the local Obama campaign has done so, and the Clinton campaign has not.

Fort Bend Democrats club does not endorse candidates in a primary. As a club, it does not put out any signs for candidates. However, individuals who are members of Fort Bend Democrats are certainly free to support whomever.
